At Parcel-Post Expo (@ParcelPostExpo) Shawn will be sharing details of how ShipTrack is helping Purolator, Canada’s largest courier delivery and logistics organization to increase operational efficiency and deliver an even better customer experience.
In 2012 Shawn, along with two colleagues, had a vision of creating a cloud-based, logistics software tool that would help large delivery organizations become more efficient while leveraging the power of mobile devices and would support smaller firms to grow larger. In 2019 ShipTrack is helping delivery organizations managed over 10 million deliveries every month. ShipTrack users provide pick up and delivery services for some of the world’s largest ecommerce firms and most well-known brands.
In 2013 the startup launched the first version of its software platform. Shawn Winter commented: “As customers adopted our technology, our collective understanding of what we had to do to win more customers accelerated. We promised customers that we would continually upgrade our system and offer more value. We did. As we onboarded more and more users we incorporated more and more functionality into the platform which generated more and more new customer interest – it became a virtuous cycle.”
